My impressions were very good, I was excited, delighted by the stunning view from my hotel room, attentiveness and hospitality of the personnel of the hotel.
For me what makes a wellness holiday complete is the service, hospitality, and quality of food.
My most beautifull memory of my SIS Holiday is the sea view, the food and the air.

I had a great escape, way too short, but marvellous:
The hotel is charming, though has seen better days and in some rooms there was some stale water smell, but staff was extremely nice and friendly and solved all issues right away.
Food in the restaurant was ok, not surprising, not a Michelin star level food, but good, big portions and most of the meals were quite tasty.
The clinic is really nice, the pool/ spa is very nice: simple, not too complicated, but nice. In fact it was my favourite part. I probably picked a wrong program, but talking with the clinic staff I managed to solve all the issues and change the activities that were not so much for me.
I fell in love with the coast of Benicassim, and despite of all the details I have posted here, I will definitely go back and for a longer break. Thank you, it was a great choice!

Everything was perfect and very well organized! I arrived at the hotel and just had to let it flow, everything was organized... Relaxation, yoga and meditation. All in a wonderful setting with natural seawater pools, the smell of pine, sun and sun loungers. The hotel space is fantastic, surrounded by nature, the only noise you hear is the singing of cicadas, the smell of pine resin and squirrels that keep you company. The hotel staff is very friendly and makes the stay a luxury. In addition, the aesthetics, medical, yoga, gym and massage staff is all super professional. The most beautiful memory is being on the sun lounger accompanied by the singing of the cicadas at the edge of the seawater pool after a relaxing massage.

I booked at the very last minute (due to circumstances) and was really happy there was still some availability and that SIS responded very quickly, also over the weekend.
The hotel really felt like a wellness area. Everything looked very nice and clean. The beach was closer than expected which was nice. The room also looked good, with a nice ocean view.
What I loved was the whole experience, that there was a schedule with activities: yoga, spa sessions, massages. There was plenty to do and you didn't have to go anywhere else if you didn't want to. I also loved that the ocean was close by. Even though that area was quite busy, it's nice to connect with nature in that way. The yoga teacher was also very nice. I loved the private sessions, focussed on my needs and helping me to get further into poses.
The first night I didn't sleep well at all because the bed was really hard. After telling the reception they got me a top layer, which was much better. For me a soft bed is a must. Luckily there was a solution.
Needs to improve: The rooms weren't really soundproof. I could hear the neighbours TV every night even with ear plugs, so that wasn't great. One of the yoga sessions was in another building where there was quite a lot of noise.
For Vegans I’d wish for more plant-based food: as a vegan this is always challenging, but I was expecting a bit more options/variety. Every evening I had to explain the vegan concept again ;) and the V on the menu was confusing, because it was not always vegan or even vegetarian.
Overall, it was great. Would I go again on this exact holiday? Maybe, but I would probably try something different. I also saw other nice options on your site ;)
Also thank you for the bath salt! Really nice. The yoga teacher mentioned I should take a foot bath with sea salt to extend the experience at home, so that is exactly what I will do! ;)

The holiday was very well prepared. I had program in hand before my arrival and Julia was very understanding and flexible about sharing the card payment details over the phone.
El Palasiet Clinic & Hotel has a beautiful location and very helpful reception.
For me, this was a perfect Wellness Holiday. I asked for a weight loss program, and was very pleased with the results both during my stay and with the weekly follow up email with the nutrition after my departure (I lost nearly 4 kilos in 2 weeks). I had a bit of hesitations about getting back to exercising after a while and this program reminded me that I enjoy exercising. The quality of food provided was very good and there was an array of exercise programs – pilates, yoga, pelvic floor therapy, aqua training, strength training, and brisk walking. I also very much enjoyed the thalassotherapy and all the treatments in addition to the support provided by the doctor and the nutritionist. The gift voucher & bag from SIS was also a very nice touch.
I enjoyed every bit of it. I highly recommend it!

The holiday was very well prepared by SIS! I must admit I was a bit skeptial at the beginning as I didn’t know SISters, but the service and assistance has been great. I also very much appreciated your responsiveness.
My first impression of Palasiet Thalasso Clinic & Hotel and its surroundings was very good. The 'pine forest' around was very nice. However, I was a bit surprised at first impression by the ‘average age’ of the other residents at the hotel - it wasn’t great to be surrounded by what seemed to be primarily over 60 years :) , but this turned out not to be a problem at all.
In no specific order, the level of services, the attentiveness of the staff without being too invasive, quality of the food, the surroundings, the spectrum of options of things to do were all great!
It was completely Relaxing - 10 out of 10

The room, the cleanliness, the view, the food is top!!!! And the spa and treatments are wonderful. This year I had the option of personalised yoga and the teacher, Milá, was charming and professional and adapted the whole practice to my physical condition.

I had a fabulous holiday!! A lot better than I thought it would be too.
Everything was so well organised, the treatments were all amazing and the pools were all fabulous. I made sure to try them all out even though the outdoor ones were a little cool
The food was delicious and so healthy and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. My room was very clean and comfortable with a large bathroom and amazing balcony with views of the sea.
In my spare time the hotel provided a bicycle and I cycled the nearby greenway to oropesa del mar, another beautiful beach. I also swam in the very cold sea and sunbathed on the beaches!
I would love to go back to this hotel again very soon!!!
Once again SIS you have selected a perfect wellness holiday that I cannot fault!!

I had a wonderful week. If someone is really looking to get started actively to lose some weight in a short period of time, then the 7-day program at El Palasiet is highly recommended. Not only have I lost 2 kilos in 5 days, I have also been greatly stimulated to pick up a healthy lifestyle again.
In addition, of course, a hotel with great facilities, friendly and very thoughtful staff, for example I was given a delicious lunch on the day of departure.
A few points of attention for everyone who goes, it was no problem for me, but good to pass on to those who go there. People are not equally good at English everywhere but if you just let them know that you don't speak Spanish then you will be well supported. The program is quite full, so take a good look at what really suits you and what you like. Go for a walk just by yourself for an hour every morning, even if there is no walking session, it´s beautiful!

The organisation by SIS was very good, everything was correct and easy.
My first impression on arriving at El Palasiet was that it was a peaceful place, where I could really disconnect and enjoy a few days to myself. The place was elegant (some parts of the hotel were a bit old, but charming and unpretentious), the rooms were spacious and with spectacular views, everything was very clean, the staff was very friendly and the clinic, which has been recently renovated, was beautiful and able to transmit peace.
Achieving goals on a physical, psychological and emotional level, as well as allowing you to change routines and incorporate healthier habits in a progressive and natural way. I believe that all of this is achieved at the Palasiet. Obviously, one week is not enough time, it would be better to spend at least two weeks (ideally even more...) but in just one week you can lay the foundations for a healthy weight loss.
I would have liked to have a bit more free time. The programme is very intensive, which is good, but I would have liked to have had more time to read a book in peace and quiet, and to go for a few more walks on my own.
Apart from the professionalism of the whole team and the feeling of having paid for something that is really worthwhile, I take home with me the fact that I have brought a general awareness of wellbeing, of doing something 100% for myself, which also has a transcendence beyond the days I was there, as it has allowed me to "change" the chip and refocus my eating habits, physical activity and self-care.
As a final comment I have to say that I have been very satisfied with this programme. This type of experience is not cheap, but when you see that what you pay for corresponds to the service you receive, you pay for it with great pleasure and are happy to be doing something good for yourself. I met people of different economic capacities in the hotel and they all agreed that this place is a marvellous place. I am already thinking of going back. I hope they continue like this, working as well as they do and maintaining this level of prices so that not only people with very high purchasing power can have access to it, as happens with other clinics of this style. On the other hand, I would like to comment that, in relation to my request not to have activities too early in the morning, although on the first day they organised the timetable without considering this request due to an internal organisation issue, they immediately reorganised everything to try to please me on this point as well, for which I was very grateful.

I had such a great holiday in El Palasiet and was totally relaxed during my stay in the hotel.
All the staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the spa and treatments were so relaxing.
My first impression was that the environment was so nice and quiet with the combination of sea and the mountains. It looked like a picture.
The lessons where in Spanish which was a bit too difficult for me to understand. But I have now started to learn online Spanish for my next visit ;-)
It's was the total experience that made it so great. Hotel, spa, food, the staff , the amazing view..
Upon my return I told my friends that I felt like a queen the whole week and this is how I remember my stay.

The whole organisation of the holiday was very good. The hotel is beautiful and is located in a spectacular location, surrounded by pine trees and 5 minutes from the beach. Very good overall. The hotel and gardens are beautiful and all the facilities, gym, thermal pool etc. offer a beautiful view. The diet is a little plain but effective. Just one evening there was a problem with some raw octopus, but in general food was good. Very friendly and helpful staff.
One remark: the organisation of the treatments and sports activities in our calendar. They should buy a software package that works. On two occasions I had two activities at the same time.
However, very good for exercise, very effective weight loss program, very good teachers.
Benicassim is quite ugly but the walk is very pleasant.

The most beautiful memory that I take from my vacation is enjoying a sunbath in the hammock looking at the sea and the water, with the body worked (exercise and massage) and fed properly.

My mom and I had a wonderful week. Everything was well arranged and taken care of. Sometimes a little trouble here and there because not everyone could speak English. But we did figure it out.
The Thalasso center is quite complete with everything it offers. IIf you wnat to go for weight loss, it is advisable to go at least 10 days for an even better effect. In our opinion we were there just too short. Fortunately both still with results. But with a few more days, you can achieve just a little more.

In our quest to find something between a boot camp and a spiritual retreat, we decided upon Thalasso Hotel El Palasiet in Benicassim. It seemed to offer the perfect mix of a structured exercise timetable, dietician-supervised meals and seafront Spa relaxation. On that front, we were not disappointed.
The staff were utterly charming and while some have been disappointed at their lack of English, we both are fortunate enough to speak relatively good Spanish, so no problem. The room, albeit a standard, was huge, spotlessly clean, well-equipped, bright, quiet, and with a comfortable two-metre bed – heaven. The food was beautifully prepared and presented – fresh and healthy. The location is unparalleled, overlooking the sea, and on the doorstep of the Via Verde, an easy-to-follow coastal 5.7km walking/cycling route from Benicassim to Oropesa full of gorgeous views and pretty watchtowers – take a bicycle from reception and off you go. Finally, the building is classical, tasteful and elegant, and the Spa and grounds immaculately maintained – with an almost sub-tropical feel.
It’s reasonable to point out that the average El Palasiet guest is to the senior end of the age spectrum. It’s wonderful to see their commitment to improving their health but, if you’re lucky enough to be more youthful, expect to have to put in your own gym time and fitness programme to supplement the timetabled sessions – if you want the best results. For us the fitness sessions (gym, aqua gym) were far too light but, again, they did suit the majority.
We both stuck rigidly to the programmed menus and activities and lost weight/centimetres and toned up – impressive for just four nights. If we cannot find a better halfway house between boot camp and spiritual retreat, with a slightly higher intensity fitness programme, we will for sure return to El Palasiet.

I returned home with good impressions of my stay at El Palasiet. The weight- loss program was very intense, but effective and met my expectations. Benicassim is a very beautiful and quiet place and there are a lot of opportunities for sports: running, walking, swimming. There is a good gym at the hotel. Unfortunately there were some problems with communication with the staff, because the employees of the Spa department and of the restaurant mostly spoke only Spanish.
I went to the airport by train from Benicassim to Valencia, it was very simple, and on the way I saw many beautiful places. And than I took in Valencia the metro to the airport. It was not necessary to take a taxi. Thanks for your help.

It is quite Spanish, wich I loved. Beautiful how the old pictures and antiques which are around the hotel contribute to an authentic experience. Not everybody speaks English, but that is what I like.

It was fantastic! Relaxing, being physically active and healthy eating has never been so easy before! Beautiful location with a stunning sea view. Nice and friendly hotel in a bautiful green garden, not too big and in June still quiet. Located at the start of the ¨Via Verde¨ cycling and walking path, so we used the bikes, which was great! Funny, the hotel is just like a small Spanish museum with all the antique furniture. At the reception English was well spoken and they were very friendly. Massage therapist was amazing! Unfortunately the Spa was fully booked and therefor hard to book any extra treatments, so better to organise this before you arrive. The program is very divers, it has a bit of everything, some relaxing and some physical activities. And again very well organised by SIS.

We enjoyed a really lovely stay at El Palasiet. The hotel is well maintained and the staff well organized and attentive. The treatments were a delight and what stood out for us was just how professional the therapists are. The gardens are beautifully kept. The thalasso centre and the treatments exceeded our expectations, we would definitely recommend El Palasiet and we also plan to return!
The only comment we could make regarding improvement would be the with the food as we believe it could have been better.

I 've had a wonderful (and intensive) week. Beautiful location, sea view was amazing. Also no mass tourism which is also enjoyable. I thought it was very intensive and sometimes the program was a bit tight (with changing in between sports and treatments). But here again nice to get a nice gym (with a view and no sweat air) and the range of activities was wide.

The Palasiet is a special place. It is so beautiful and so peaceful. It was the perfect place for us. We were looking for a Mediterranean hotel where we could relax and "be healthy". The hotel is in a lovely position on hillside with beautiful views of the hotel pool and sea. The hotel itself is like going back to the old beautiful Spain as I remember when I was a child. To me it seemed rustic and charming, the rooms are clean and has all that you need. The pool area is lovely and peaceful.
