The maximum group size is 14 and the program is designed for clients looking to achieve fast results. As the team believe you should also experience the beauty of Ibiza, there will also be plenty of outdoor activities included in your program to get you out in nature.
You’ll get pre and post body composition analysis to track your progress, up to five hours of varied training a day and delicious, nutritionally balanced food. Think fat burning HIIT sessions, body shaping kettle bell workouts, plus relaxing yoga, coupled with morning sunrise hikes and stand up paddle boarding, a mix of high and low intensity to blast fat, tone muscles and increase fitness. All this alongside nutrition talks and motivational goal setting to transform not only the body, but the mind.
Breakfast and healthy lunches are included Then your evenings are free to sample the local restaurants – a list of recommended eateries and food choices are provided! You’ll also get down time to enjoy the island’s beach vibe, lounge by the pool, shop or take to the Old Town to do some people watching.
