Reads is a privately owned, totally unique 5 star luxury hotel with just 23 rooms. Situated at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains it is surrounded by 20,000m2 of landscaped gardens and its own vineyard, beautiful countryside and utter peace and tranquillity yet is just 15 minutes by car or 20 minutes by train from the magic city of Palma. The magnificent stone house dates back to the 16th century and was converted to a hotel over a period of 7 years. The VESPASIAN Spa is a spa in the true meaning of the word. This 650m2 building is just 20 metres from the main hotel building and has been designed, without regard to expense, only to relax the mind and body in the most beautiful of settings. Professional therapists are on hand offering treatments from the spa’s extensive menu using ESPA and their own range of products. And during the summer months treatments can be taken on the private Vespasian terrace overlooking the Tramuntana Mountains.
