Yoga is a practice which is thousands of years old and allows us to harmonize body, mind and soul. It helps us to realize where we got out of balance and gives us the opportunity to find our centre again. During the yoga classes Asanas (physical exercises) will be combined with phases of deep relaxation, breathing exercises (Pranayamas) and meditation. Here at the Vedamar Ayurveda wellness centre Yoga can be perfectly combined with Ayurveda, another centuries old philosophy. All the meals can be ayurvedic and this retreat can be perfectly extended with some relaxing ayurvedic treatments…..This yoga retreat is suitable for beginners and experts.

Spa & Wellness package is Including / Excluding

Including:

• 7 nights accommodation including breakfast (Ayurvedic if you wish)
• 3×3-course dinner (Ayurvedic if you wish)

• 6 days yoga lessons (4 hours daily)*

*The day starts at 7 am with a relaxing Yoga warm-up. This warm-up gets your circulation going and smoothens your muscles. After that, it is breakfast time, which can be made into an Ayurvedic breakfast, if desired. Fortified by the breakfast, the Yoga day continues. From 10 am until 1 pm, we will practice Yoga, which you will start off with a deep meditation, followed by different Pranayama and Asanas that are adapted to the participants’ levels. Certainly, practice is most important here. The classes are well rounded off by theoretical introductions into Yoga. In the end, there will be a 30-minutes relaxation phase. The Yoga class ends at around 1 pm. Thus, you will have enough time to plan further activities besides Yoga such as taking a walk or going to the beach. Starting at Sa Bassa Rotja, Mallorca can be explored quite easily.

Sa Bassa Rotja rural Hotel and Vedamar Ayurveda and Yoga centre are situated in the "Pla de Mallorca", next to the village of Porreres. It is only 30 minutes from the airport and 18 Kilometers from the most virgin beaches of the island (Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Es Carbó). Sa Bassa Rotja is an old Majorcan property that has been beautifully renovated and turned into a Rural Hotel, maintaining the original structures and traits parts of which date from the XIII Century.

This Property which covers an area of 1.000.000 m2 is situated in the "Pla de Mallorca", next to the village of Porreres and at the foot of the hill where we find the Monastery of Montesion. Its facilities include 25 luxury double rooms and suites, big lounges, meeting room, library and restaurant.
