As a guest of the Océano Vitality Hotel & Medical Spa, you will be staying on a flat spit of land in the midst of the idyllic fishing village of Punta del Hidalgo. The generously proportioned studios and suites (from 28 to 80 m²) are furnished in Mediterranean style. All rooms have a sea view, most of them with a spacious balcony, with panoramic views to the sea or to the Pico del Teide volcano. All rooms include a kitchenette that gives you independence. Outside you can dive into the waters of the Atlantic in the public seawater swimming pool, protected by a wall from the largest of waves and then soak up the sun by relaxing on the roof terrace or Nude Deck under the endless skies of Tenerife.

The Océano Medical Spa comprises a modern spa area, which offers you sustained recuperation of body and soul for the duration of your holiday. And the Medical Center is the only accredited centre for F. X. Mayr Medicine in Spain. The modern Mayr medicine concept is a holistic approach to preventive treatment, the correction of eating habits and general improvements to health.
