The Hotel

Costa Blanca Wellness Retreat offers a new type of programs where you can wind down and tone up at the same time, with plenty of time to relax and a little luxury thrown in... offering an affordable option to those people who would like to lose weight, detox and tone up, this Wellness Retreat offers a fresher and much gentler approach to exercise and nutrition.
The aim of the profesional Retreat staff is wanting  you to leave them a little lighter, a little fitter, a little more toned and with a true feeling of wellbeing.

Costa Blanca Wellness Retreat venue is located in the green heart of the Northern Costa Blanca, in a pretty and peaceful location nestled between the mountains and the sea. The accommodation is a stunning, award winning Hotel in the " green triangle " between Calpe and Moraira. The environment friendly complex is based around the design of a Mediterranean plaza, and offers exclusivity, privacy and security to the guests.

The hotel has a comfortable lounge area. There is a beautiful lagoon pool and pretty outside terraces ideal for early morning yoga or just relaxing.

The Chefs produce high quality, nutritious and delicious meals from locally produced / sourced and in season ingredients, meals are unrefined and unprocessed! You can enjoy whilst eating healthy nutritionally balanced fresh and tasty Mediterranean cuisine (wherever possible organic ingredients are used). 

The Rooms

All rooms in this luxury accommodation are either large twin or double bedrooms and have private en-suite facilities, with either terrace or balcony. All rooms are fully equipped including washer / dryer and hair dryer, full luxury kitchen, dining area, spacious lounge with flat screen TV and satellite, free Wi-Fi both inside the suites and on the sunbathing terraces. There are NO supplements for single occupancy (although if you do want to share with a friend of course you can). All rooms have hot and cold air conditioning.

Wellness

The Wellness area of the Hotel offers an indoor pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna and the staff at the spa offer a range of affordable luxury treatments and massages.

Ecological Walks

A pleasant stroll of approximately 12 minutes and you will find yourself on the beach, from where you can enjoy a number of ecological walks along the coastal paths. The Northern Costa Blanca remains a sleepy and pretty stretch of coastline. The environment along the coastline has not been neglected, areas of natural beauty have been conserved and are protected. Along the coast the clear blue of the Mediterranean has a green backdrop of terraced farmland filled with vineyards, and hillsides dotted with almond, nispero and orange groves... and beyond the farmland sit the imposing mountain ranges where pine trees, wild rosemary and thyme perfume the air...

Green Policy

Costa Blanca Wellness Retreat has always been dedicated to sustainability. To give you an idea:

• The apartments are very well insulated to reduce the amount of heating or air conditioning required
• Intelligent systems are in place to control and reduce lighting 
• Meals are prepared using local, organic, unrefined and unprocessed food which minimises transport and packaging
• For meals that are taken out, fully compostable packaging and cutlery is used 
• Local suppliers and services are used to support local business
• No single use plastics are used 
• A full recycling policy is in place and waste is limited
• The retreat has their own modern sewage treatment in place and this supplies all the water to the gardens
• All unused and partly used products and those donated by guests are given to a local charity.
• When replacing materials such a blankets and yoga mats, old material is given to local dog charities.
