Yes, very well prepared and organised. Due to a last minute cancellation of a retreat booked elsewhere, I was looking for a new travel destination at very short notice. At SIS I was able to do this so quickly and all my wishes were met by SIS.
I had a very good impression upon arrival. The hotel looks beautiful, beautiful thermal baths underneath the hotel where I stayed every day. The extensive dinner every evening was served in the beautiful garden of the hotel, it was a pleasure to dine there every evening. It is fair to say that the hotel lacks some maintenance, not something that bothered me, but it would make the place even more idyllic/better. In terms of location, it is located in a small and cozy village, a 10-minute walk from a nature reserve where you can enjoy hiking/mountain biking.
The massages that were included in the package and were of good quality really made the holiday complete.
The guidance from SIS to organise this trip felt very warm and involved. After the cancellation of my trip through another organization, I really had the feeling that SIS immediately started working for me to find an equally nice (or perhaps even nicer) destination at very short notice. That was more than successful and I will take it with me as a very nice memory.

First of all, thank you very much for arranging everything so quickly and last minute!!
That was really great. Your itinerary also worked perfectly... very easy and fun to do by train. Location of the hotel is close to the station, you can easily walk it.
I also find the excavations of the Roman baths nearby worth mentioning.
I was lucky because they were working there when I visited the excavations. Awesome!!
A Double room for single use is recommended, really bigger and better than the Single room I stayed in last time!!
The people are really so friendly and nice in the hotel. I can remember from last time that the English was very poor. That was really good now. And you also arranged the weather well, which was also fantastic. ;-)
The massages were perfectly scheduled.Very good and nice masseurs and masseuses!!
Furthermore... I think that they suffered a lot from the corona period and had little to no income (I think so). Very sorry for the hotel. The rooms were therefore somewhat outdated and broken here and there. Also in the Spa and the gym there were things that didn't work (well). Thanks again for arranging! And until next time.

After the delicious days at Blancafort I have been to Barcelona, and now back home. I loved the first days at Blancafort! It was my first experience at a spa on my one, so I was doubting if it was something for me, and yes it was :). Everything was well prepared by you and the contact before was perfect. The overall impression was good, the spa and the pool were very nice.
The rooms were a little bit old fashioned, but that’s not a reason for me for not coming back.
I liked the village where it was in situated, that made it extra good. Thanks a lot, I’m full of energy and looking back at very relaxing days!

A lovely get away and a nice Spa break! Spa program was well planned and diverse; Lovely. Good massages.
Might be good to mention that there are mainly male therapists. For me that was fine, but I can imagine that there are people who prefer to have female therapists. The hotel looks fantastic from the outside nice. Typical Spanish. Great location, nice little village with a few things to see (Roman settlement, architecture). Hotel is big, but fine in October if it is not too busy. If the hotel is busier, there is less space and tranquility that you would expect when booking a spa program.

We spent a night, with two days of access to the spa area. Very quiet and very nice. Very accurate but not very spacious room. Dinner in the restaurant with fine cuisine and quality. It is in the Centre of the village. You can leave to walk a while in the evening or eat out.

The booking service was easy and we would not have found our way to this amazing spa without you. Very friendly, welcoming, helpful staff who did their best to make our stay perfect in every way. The Spa is actually located in a lovely little town; La Garriga is a gem and again, the people are so friendly. The facilities were second to none. The hotel restaurants, food and service were high quality, however we would have appreciated free drinking water in the hotel room. The transfer to & from the airport was worth the extra, just because the driver was the perfect chauffeur and made our journey feel special.

Exactly what we were looking for with the right balance of relaxation and fun, and the staff generally being very friendly and helpful. It was a lovely break and very easy to get to using the Spanish train system. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and very keen to try somewhere else in Spain.

I really enjoyed my stay and would be happy to come back! The shiatsu massage is worth recommending, it was really good, I enjoyed that very much. For me that was the best part of the treatments! There were 2 pools outside – one with normal/cold water – and one with Jacuzzi, massage beds etc that was warm. Because of this I only used the indoor pool once as the outside one was really lovely – not need to stay indoor when the pool outdoor is even better – and with sunshine….. The hotel room was really nice and very quiet, which meant that I slept very well. No road noise despite the fact that my room was facing the road. The town was absolutely gorgeous and as the hotel was in town it was very easy to stroll down town to get an ice cream or a drink – with plenty of good restaurants etc. Very easy to get to from the airport. The walk from the railway station was very short and it was very easy to find. The Breakfast was very, very good with lots of different things to choose from (both healthy and unhealthy). I stay in hotels every week for my work and this would hit my top ten. I truly enjoyed the many pieces of art around the hotel – both inside and out. I was pleasantly surprised on how local it was – apart from the reception nobody spoke any English. For me this was a plus as it makes it feel more authentic and less “yet another chain”. The same applied for the town, for me it was very nice to see that it wasn’t a seaside “Full English Breakfast” touristic town, so if someone are looking for a real experience, I can strongly recommend this – I had some gorgeous Tapas worth coming back to the town for.

Nice-sized comfy rooms and excellent food. Beautiful indoor and outdoor facilities, but the outdoor thermal pool is the real winner as it's large, naturally warm, and jets going all the time means you are pretty much massaged all day if you like. The indoor pools are fantastic — ranging in size and temperature with a wide range of jet options for all kinds of targeted hydro massage. Highly recommended for a short stay.

Overall it was good, clean and relaxing, especially the templarium /Natatorium, but the time window too short so you cannot get the most out of the spa facilities.

Very friendly staff and welcoming. Keen to make your stay memorable. Hotel General Manager, Mr Riccardo Page hospitability skills were excellent. I was lucky enough to have the same beauty therapist carrying out all of my treatments, Imma, which gave the whole experience a personal touch. It was exactly what I needed and felt extremely lucky and special as a result. I will certainly return back to Blancafort Hotel. Although hotel had around 30% occupancy during the time of my stay, in some ways, it was easier to unwind. Hotel facilities were great and room was extremely clean! I thoroughly enjoyed lunch in the gourmet restaurant. Great programme of treatments thanks to SIS.
