The Hotel Botanico & The Oriental Spa Garden is an idyllic space to enjoy a luxury holiday. It’s surrounded by 25,000 m2 of botanical gardens and recently renovated. With a strong commitment to sustainability and passion for art, you will find all of the comforts at this luxury hotel to enjoy an unforgettable experience.
The Hotel Botanico is situated in Puerto de la Cruz, the city with a town-like feel located at the foot of Mount Teide, in the Valley of Oratova, where its wine culture brings the volcanic aromas to the palate, combined with a colonial heritage in a city by the sea.
The hotel has 5 restaurants that serve delicious international food. The restaurant “Oriental” serves Asian cuisine, a compendium of the ancient world's great cuisines, with exceptional service and an elegant atmosphere. Healthy food will be served at “The Slim” restaurant. “Il Pappagallo” is famous for its Mediterranean aromas, elegant and vigorous wines, an authentic Italian experience. The Steak restaurant “Brunelli’s” is a great dining experience serving only the finest cuts. And finally, you can enjoy daytime snacks and lunch in the pool area at the "Palmera Real" restaurant.

The Rooms

The hotel has 252 rooms. The majority are elegant and comfortable Deluxe double rooms in peaceful surroundings. All the rooms are equipped with private balcony/terrace and delightful views of the Spa Garden, Mount Teide or the Ocean. The Botanico Hotel also offers Suites, Penthouse Suites with Jacuzzi and the most luxurious Presidential Penthouse Suite for up to 6 people.

Our tips

Excursion to El Teide: El Teide volcano, 38 km away from the Hotel Botánico, is the highest peak in Spain, and the third largest volcano in the world. The snow on its top contrasts with the spring weather in the valley.
Visit the historic villages La Orotava, La Laguna and Garachico: La Orotava is declared a Historic-Artistic Site. In La Laguna, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, you will find a concentration of historic buildings in a very small space. Garachico, with its tranquil atmosphere, is a must-see to explore how a city rebuilds itself after being devastated by a volcano.
