Located between the coast and the mountains, this stylish country villa offers a story book Mediterranean setting, perfect for an active holiday in the Catalan countryside. The house offers 14 wonderful bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, all unique and beautifully decorated with an eye for detail. The Villa also offers a marvellous outdoor pool and extensive gardens.
The villa dates back to 1669 and many of its original features were maintained during its full refurbishment. Each en-suite room is equipped with air conditioning/heating and private sitting areas. There is a lovely dining room with views to the countryside, as well as rooms for training sessions and a beautiful wine cellar for gatherings.
The villa is located in the village of Sant Pere de Ribes, on the edge of the Garraf Natural Park. This area enjoys one of the best micro-climates in Spain – perfect for spring, autumn and winter training. The charming coastal town of Sitges is just a 5 minute drive away. Barcelona city is just a 30-minute drive away.

A new start, to begin your physical and personal transformation. You’ll stay in a luxury villa with inspiring scenery and the perfect environment for different kind of activities.
This bootcamp can be 1 week for quick results, but the most popular retreat is 2 weeks, to completely reset body and mind. If you are looking to take your fitness to the next level, the 3 week program would be ideal and for the ultimate Bootcamper who has a very clear fitness or weight loss goal, the 4 week program would be ideal.
The bootcamp offers a unique combination of elite trainers, nutritionists and fitness specialists who create a low-impact, totally immersive program that’s right for you. As the emphasis is always on your personal long-term plan, they offer more than just fitness. The program includes a broad range of additional activities from yoga and meditation to nutritional seminars and cooking classes.
Every day is as inspirational and invigorating, with carefully-planned workouts that are both fun and effective. Note that all training sessions are optional. Everyone comes from a different fitness level/background and you do not need to take part in all the sessions.
Prepare for around 5 to 6 training activities per day + a late afternoon Yoga session. Before breakfast you will start the day with a morning walk in the beautiful surroundings. During the day between snack breaks and lunch you will have different kinds of sessions, such as circuits, TRX, core workout, cardio box, yoga, etc. In the evening, after dinner, there is time to book an additional massage if you want to loosen the muscles or just to give yourself that extra treat after all that hard work.
This program produces results. You’ll leave the bootcamp looking and feeling great, but just as importantly, you’ll return home energised with the motivation and tools to make lasting changes and memories for life of new friends and new experiences…
And true to the spirit of the Mediterranean, good food is at the heart of the retreat. Using locally sourced organic ingredients, the nutritionist chefs create incredible meals tailored to each individual’s needs and preferences. The diet has been created to maximise your fitness goals without sacrificing taste! Only food to revitalise and complement your training will be used, ensuring you never go hungry. As much organic, home-grown produce as possible is used, literally from the retreat´s own garden. They can also cater to specific food needs (including allergies) and offer both vegan and vegetarian options.
