Madeira Wellness Retreat follows a life-affirming schedule of inspiring activities with Portuguese touches and sessions unique to island living and the rich Madeiran culture.
Personalized attention is assured with a maximum of 12 guests per week, ensuring a tailored retreat experience focused on rejuvenation and renewal.
Each day at Madeira Wellness Retreat builds upon the previous one, with an ebb and flow to the schedule that allows guests to increase their stamina and endurance for more challenging hikes and activities. This healthy escape is a finely tuned blend of working out and “working in,” with a variety of sessions that strengthen the body, mind, and spirit in equal measure.

Expect a full-day program, different every day, that may include a combination of the following:

- Island coastal, mountain, and valley hiking
