2019 is here, leaving the recent Christmas parties and festivities behind. Just because the festive season has drawn to a close does not mean that the social gatherings and dinner parties cannot continue, as in the words of Francis Bacon, “There is no loneliness sadder than a man without friends”. Studies have shown that people who have good friends with whom to share their joys and their sorrows are infinitely happier in life!!

So grab the phone and start organizing your next dinner party, but maybe a little leaner and more calorie friendly than those at the end of the year!!

We have a delicious low calorie menu for you, take it as our contribution to help you recover your ideal weight and let your body and that of your friends rest a bit after so much festive excess.

It has been designed exclusively for SIS by the Executive Chef of “Los Monteros Hotel & Spa *****”, Sebastián Conejo, with the advice of Mª José Moreno, also a Nutritionist of the Hotel Los Monteros, and who each year delights our weightloss clients with her meal creations.

Appetizer: “Crudités of vegetables and minibrochetas”

Healthy Appetizer fo a healthy menu
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh skimmed cheese

For sauces:

  • 0% sweetened natural yogurt
  • mustard (green and yellow).

Starter: “Pineapple and mango carpaccio with lobster”

Healthy Starter
  • 1 cooked lobster
  • Pineapple cut into thin slices
  • Thin sliced mango
  • Lemon pearls

Low calorie dressing:

  • 1 natural sweetened yogurt 0%
  • 1 teaspoon of ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon light mayonnaise
  • Natural orange juice

Main dish: “Grilled sea bass with grilled vegetables”

Healthy Main dish
  • Sea Bass Tacos
  • Spring onion
  • Carrot baby
  • Asparagus
  • Mini-pump.
  • Decoration: violet potato powder.

Dessert: “Apple strudel”

• Apple dehydrated in the oven

For the filling:

  • Quark cream cheese
  • Berries
  • Cinnamon
