We love a pink smoothie!

Pink Smoothie recipe by your SISters in Wellness

We love pink and we love pink smoothies even more!!! They are filled with vitamines and anti-oxidants and make for a delicious, easy smoothie breakfast or in between snack anytime!

So freshen up your day with a vitamin boost and try this easy pink smoothie yourself! All you need is a juicer, a blender and following ingredients (for 2 portions):

  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 or 2 boiled beetroots

Put these in the juicer and then pour into the blender.

Then add:

  • 1 banana
  • a handful of red fruit (whatever you like or is available)
  • juice of 2 fresh squeezed oranges

You can add some more orange juice or some water if it is too thick and you can enjoy your pink smoothie. Easy does it 🙂
