Could you ever imagine a world without colours? No way!! Aren´t we all inspired in front of the beauty of a green landscape, a virgin white beach and turquoise sea, a carmine sunset, a blue sky or a field full of red coloured poppies… But what you did not know is that the beauty of colours exercises our eye and influences our psyche in an indirect, but determining way. Which makes that colours have an important effect on our health and wellbeing.
Colours can have a good or a bad influence on our state of mind. They play a not unimportant role on our feelings and can make us more creative, more optimistic, or on the other hand more pessimists.
Chromotherapy, sometimes called colour therapy or colorology, is an harmonizing method that helps natural healing and improve wellbeing by the use of colours. Wherever the body is lacking energy balance, be it physically, emotionally, spiritually, or mentally, chromotherapy has a healing colour treatment. It is often used as a supportive therapy combined with other treatments such as massages, hydro baths, sauna sessions, relaxation sessions, meditation, body treatments, etc.
Chromotherapy’s purpose is to create changes in our mental and physical state using multi-colour light systems. These changes greatly influence the condition of our emotions, balancing our bodies’ energies, and restoring overall health.
