Hormone Yoga!

Hormone Yoga is a special kind of yoga practice. It is the natural alternative to conventional hormone  therapies, aimed at harmonizing hormonal imbalances, to positively influence the aging processes, to enable regeneration and rejuvenation and thus to relieve discomfort before, during and after menopause. Hormone Yoga is specifically directed to the female hormone system and glands. But also for younger women, it can also alleviate hormonal disorders such as PMS or irregular menstruation cycles.
