My week was, in one word, AMAZING!
After I booked with you, I had some doubts. 'Is this going well, will it be well organised?' This is after I previously booked a holiday for a sailing yoga week that turned out to be cancelled 2 days in advance… But it went all well and it was fantastic!
Upon arrival I saw a large hotel, which I normally do not really like. But when checking in I immediately noticed: this feels good.
And it only kept getting better. I felt warmly welcomed and at one point they knew my name. Can you imagine in such a big hotel...!
The food was good and beautifully presented. In the rooftop restaurant the food was outstanding!
The rooms, first standard, then I was upgraded to a suite, was very nice and clean and comfortable. View of the swimming pool, where you could watch the activity of the staff with a cup of coffee in the morning. (Being able to make coffee in the room is so nice! You don't have to get dressed first and look for coffee, but instead start the day quietly on the balcony in a bathrobe and slippers).
All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, chatty and fun, but that may be because I speak Spanish.
And then the Spa and the treatments. I had booked a week ¨Full Immersion¨. A massage or treatment every day for 7 days! I have never experienced such dedication and good massages before! Even with a facial, a foot and back massage is given first. Wonderfully relaxing. The masseuses and manager were great!
The Spa with saunas and baths were also beautiful and wonderful.
Lloret itself is not my thing, but it is a good base for visiting Tossa de Mar, for example. Figueras with the Dali Museum, Girona..
All in all, I enjoyed every minute and feel reborn! So definitely worth repeating!

The holiday was really well prepared and you all responded very quickly to any emails and enquiries, you gave me a few options to have a look at and were very friendly and professional during the whole booking process. L'Azure hotel is absolutely beautiful it's very stylish and modern and they've thought of every detail it's really well laid out and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was perfect on the 3rd floor and overlooking the pool.
For me a spa holiday is all about relaxation, good treatments and healthy food which I got! The treatments were brilliant and the spa is beautiful and very well maintained at L'Azure I got it to myself mostly as well which was amazing!
My first day was perfect, I laid reading a book by the adult pool on the roof, had an amazing 2 hour treatment in the spa and then had the whole spa area to myself for nearly 2 hours! It was the perfect first day for me to relax into the week and forget all about work and home life.
My overall experience was great! I can't fault the hotel it was beautiful, everything is so clean and well looked after. They have an amazing selection of food for breakfast and dinner and you can have healthy choices or treat yourself to something nice. The spa and gym are great and really well looked after, my 4 treatments that I got included were amazing and well organised. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooftop pool & bar is beautiful and really peaceful and quiet. The beach is only a short 5/10 minute walk away and you can go on 2 different long coastal walks from there which are very nice. The only thing for me is the location seemed a little too party, lots of young groups and boat parties etc from the beach and would have been nice to have more classes available and would have given me more chance to possibly speak to other people a little bit, because it was such a big hotel it was harder to mingle with other people. But that didn't bother me I was happy for the peace and quiet and time to myself and the actual hotel and the whole spa experience was amazing. I would recommend for anyone who wants to have a break and really switch off and have everything they need at the hotel.

The hotel was very welcoming, it has been nicely decorated and is modern, large and airy. We were very happy to be upgraded to larger rooms, and the staff treated us very kindly. The rooms were well equipped and quieter, though it is near a busy main road. We were on half board, the food was good and fresh. We would have preferred the option to eat at different locations each night. We took part in some fitness lessons, but these did not seem very well publicised or attended and probably they could do more to promote this and other activities to guests. The spa was lovely, very quiet and good areas to sit and relax. The treatments were very good and the staff very attentive. We've been to a lot of spas and this compares to others. It was a wonderful break.
Regarding the location, the town is over touristy and not really an area that we would return to, I think we knew what to expect. However, there are some nice older parts of the town with character and we did walk out to Cala Banys to a nice beach bar along the coast. These ancillary options could be added to a spa break such as a morning cliff walk for example...
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider using SIS again for our annual spa breaks.

I had an absolute wonderful stay, I booked a 6 day spa trip to relax and unwind and that is what I got. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and looked after. I had a blast with Chrisstina in the customer relations team who took me on a morning excursion. Marc at the pool bar and Abdul in the roof top bar were very friendly. The rooms are well equipped and very clean with fresh towels and everyday- it’s nice all the staff say hello when you see them. In the spa Pedro and his amazing team made my week, the treatments are superb and left me floating on air, the spa itself is clean and you feel safe and relaxed. The beach is not far and has some fabulous walks but you need to be up for some serious exercise as you climb the rocky coastline to get to the extraordinary views. I sat in the sunshine read a book or listened the waves. The food is great at the hotel, lots of variety - and halal options; a bonus for me! To top it all five star desserts too. My only criticism would be lack of Spanish cuisine as the food is “safe” and not spiced up; but the restaurants around have a great choice with halal options too. They need to put some hairdryers in the Spa and a costume drier too as it is not fun taking a wet suit back to my room.

Lovely hotel and it is new, fresh and clean. All nationalities were staying here, all seem to be having fun. Was quiet first half of the week and when it got busier entertainment seemed planned and helped create a good atmosphere. We did room only but had pool bar food and drinks, was lovely and no one seemed disappointed with their half board meals when we spoke to other guests.
Staff all seemed attaintive, some more than others but can't complain about the service, cleaners were great and came round daily. I needed an extra towel for washing my hair, they were happy to help.
Rooms were great. Beds so comfy, lights were great for applying make-up, never had that in a hotel before!
8th floor adults only and when it's too warm there was a nice breeze, plus views quite nice.
