I just want to tell you everything was perfect. The Hotel clean and spacious near the sea, the Spa excellent, the people nice and polite, the food amazing. It was a really relaxing experience for me and my children. Everything great, I do not have enough words to tell how beautiful it was.

We really enjoyed it!!! The preparation was very nice, your fast communication really made us to chose SIS to organise our holiday.
EPIC Sana was wonderfully luxurious, clean and what a lovely people everywhere!
The fact that the staff paid so much attention paid to us and to our bodies during the treatments made the whole experience complete.
The only tip is that in our case we were the only ones in the hotel who followed the program at that moment and therefore we were easily ¨forgotten¨. We made sure that we could have lunch in the cozy bar instead of the large empty restaurant, but that was all possible and not a problem at all. Perhaps there could be a a bit more choice of different tastes, because we did not like the porridge, whole wheat pancakes and green bean soup, for example. The nicest and most beautiful moment of last week was the SPA where we had the best treatments.

Epic! Incredible
We are regulars, but this time they exceeded expectations with the buffets! Incredible dinners, special recognition to the staff member Sérgio Monteiro who should really be recognised for his delivery, insight and humility! Great staff member.
There are no praise books, but this gentleman owes him high praise, no doubt there are few such employees!

Really enjoyed my stay here this week in the sunny Algarves, the hotel offers a real modern hotel and peaceful family resort.
We enjoyed a stunning chefs table of tasters from the new menu, the food was presented and just looked amazing, complimented with fantastic knowledgble staff serving us, thank you to Vanessa in the restaurant and the lovely Christina for her hospitality, look forward to recommending this hotel to my future clients.

I really had a great time and was really able to rest and recharge. I have also experienced that it is very relaxing to do this trip on your own. It was my first holiday on my own and it was not that bad. So worth repeating;) Am completely relaxed, the 2 hours a day 1 on 1 mindfulness was very special and especially educational. Furthermore, a beautiful setting, wonderful SPA, luxury and comfortable hotel room.

All in all, I’m very satisfied with my stay in the Algarve. This is mainly due to the great yoga programme and especially to the amazing yoga teacher João Gouveia, whose very inspiring, new-style and demanding classes made this retreat unique to me. I had the chance to be the only participant to this week's retreat, so that João's teaching and advice on yoga, energy, breathing or meditation were very personal, sensitive and empathic, well adapted to my rather advanced level and held in perfect French. I even took three more classes. A great experience, I will not forget! So different from my yoga classes at home. Of course, the place is beautiful with its kilometre-long beach, directly accessible from the hotel with golden sand and impressive cliffs for relaxing walks. Hotel service and facilities are of high quality, the staff is very friendly, the gourmet restaurant is really a highlight.

In just six days doing the reshape program my friend and I both lost two kilos, got a lot fitter and had a great time. Every morning we had three hours of exercise and then opted for a massage in the afternoon instead of the mesotherapy that is a standard part of the plan. The food was delicious but strictly portion controlled. Andre and Patricia (our trainers) were both fantastic in motivating us and every day we had different exercises to keep us interested. I've done a couple of holidays like this before and this was easily the best. The rooms were great and the location is perfect. We walked along the beautiful beach every day. All of the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly.

Amazing hotel in a magnificent location with beautiful pine trees - very well maintained, excellent food and extremely courteous staff, very clean. The Bootcamp program exceeded my expectations! The Spa is beautiful and well maintained, the gym very professional and equipped with latest devices - the massage was one of the best that I could experience so far - with one word: perfect!

Great Hotel with great facilities. Some very beautiful surroundings to enjoy and above all professional staff. We were lucky t that there were very few people, so everything was very personalized and facilities at our disposal. Very pleased and happy to repeat!

Epic is the word. What a lovely place to stay and feel pampered. It's in a peaceful resort over a glorious beach. The pools are great and not too busy. The restaurant at night is really to treat yourself as it only serves 4 or 5 tables at a time so you feel valued and special...
The rooms are great and even better new. The staff were very attentive. Overall the hotel has a very calm and uncrowded feel. Great beach and nice local area with a choice of restaurants. We will definitely stay at this hotel again and thoroughly recommend it.
