This Bootcamp program is created for people looking for intensive workouts. Inspired by military training, Bootcamp classes take place outdoors and in contact with nature, focusing on the development of resistance, strength, agility and energy, through functional training, weight training, cardiovascular exercises and running in short and intense circuits. Physical assessments, Personal Training classes, nutrition consultations and Spa treatments complete the experience and will help you achieve your goals faster. Pine Cliffs Ocean Suites, is located only a short 30 minute drive from Faro Airport, and is perched at the top of the Algarve's iconic red sandstone cliffs overlooking the spectacular Atlantic Ocean. The Rooms

All wellness guests will be lodged in the Pine Cliffs Ocean Suites designed with the seasoned modern traveler in mind. You can expect modern minimalism with marble floors and enriched with Arabic tones. There are one and two bedroom apartments available, all of which are beautifully appointed and individually furnished with relaxing living areas, state-of-the-art technology and stylish en-suite bathrooms. As this is part of a much bigger resort there are endless facilities, from a fully equipped gym at the Active Club, award winning spa, 9-hole golf course, Annabel Croft Tennis acadamy, paddle courts, indoor and outdoor pools, and kids mini club.

The Active Studio, located at the centre of the resort, was recently created due to a growing demand and continuous success of the fitness activities. A wide range of activities is available to the guests, meeting the individual needs of each one of them, with an innovative approach to fitness and wellbeing. There are 4 to 5 group activities a day ranging from: FitBall, Pilates on the mat, Boxing Circuit, Active Suspension Training, Cross Fit, Active Cycling. Also Personal training sessions can be booked in addition like Pilates on the Reformer, Functional training, HIT and Cross Fit.

Green Policy

Pine Cliffs were awarded with a Green Key for their commitment towards sustainability (a leading international eco-label awarded to hospitality facilities that comply with 13 different criteria). To give you an idea, they:

We have returned home lighter and relaxed. We all felt we had found a good deal through yourselves, so thank you very much for that. Pine Cliffs was a beautiful location with stunning views. I personally prefer to be away from non-detoxing people when I’m on such a retreat. But that’s my preference. For me the quality of the treatments is very important. The therapists were all very good and experienced. Every massage was better than the last and fully achieved the goal of reaching an utterly relaxed state. Overall the package was very good and exceeded my expectations.

The package was well put together by SIS. The SIS Team was quick to respond to changes so that the holiday aligned to my needs. It’s an excellent resort, really nice rooms and fantastic service. The Spa facilitates, therapists and Pilates instructor Nuno were all top class. I was particularly impressed with Nuno, his skill and ability were evident immediately. One aspect that I raised about the food was immediately adjusted by you and the hotel team. I was relieved and delighted to receive a solution which was absolutely perfect. Thank you for prompt response to the problem, it was greatly appreciated. My most beautiful memory: My lunches by the beach at the Mare restaurant. Very relaxing, gorgeous atmosphere and food. I had an excellent experience. I really enjoyed it and would go again.

We love this

The stunning location, the Algarve always delivers! Nothing beats those beautiful views and walkway down to the beach.
The attention to detail and the great team. Although this is part of a much bigger resort you are very much looked after.
The wonderful spa and treatments, you can see why Serenity is an award winning spa!!
All wellness guests eat in the Zest restaurant, where only healthy meals are served so there are no difficult temptations
As it is part of a bigger resort, for those wishing to take advantage there are some great facilities, golf course, paddle courts etc indoor / outdoor pools.

This not so much...

Wellness programs are not available in July and August
Although wellness guests are accommdated and catered for in a separate "wing" as it were, this still is very much a big resort which might not be everyone´s first choice.
The Algarve out of season is really stunning, but expect it to be busy at peak season.
